由北京石泉墙体材料有限责任公司承建的年产 80 0 0万块的煤矸石烧结空心砖生产线 ,经过近一年的调试生产 ,现已达产、达标 ,该生产线的产品目前在北京市场上出现了供不应求的良好局面 ,产品已提前 7个月就被定购一空。该生产线是由西安墙体材料研究设计院设计并承建了干燥室 ,焙烧窑(内宽 10 .4m)及引进设备的安装调试工程。生产线上的关键设备是从法国西方工业公司 (O .C .I)引进的。鉴于业内人士对该条生产线非常关注的具体情况 ,该文将该条生产线的主要生产工艺过程作以简述
The annual output of 8.0 million coal gangue sintered hollow brick production lines constructed by Beijing Shiquan Wall Materials Co., Ltd., after nearly one year of commissioning, has reached production and standards, and the products of the production line are currently appearing in the Beijing market. In a good situation where supply exceeds supply, the product has been ordered out in advance 7 months. The production line is designed and constructed by the Xi’an Wall Materials Research and Design Institute and built a drying chamber, roasting kiln (with an internal width of 10.4m) and installation and commissioning of imported equipment. The key equipment on the production line was imported from French Western Industry Corporation (O.C.I). In view of the specific conditions that industry insiders are very concerned about the production line, this article briefly describes the main production process of the production line.
