我厂的65公斤空气锤,在检修中发现气缸已磨损,需经镗缸和加大活塞及活塞环修复。但是,新尺寸的活塞一时买不到,也找不到适当钢材重新配制。为解决这一难题,我们采用了金属喷涂工艺用来修复原活塞。经喷涂修复的活塞,使用了三年(估计总开车时间达1500小时),近来检查发现只在第一道活塞环以上有两小块脱落,对使用性能没有多大影响仍能继续使用。
I plant 65 kilograms of air hammer, overhaul found in the cylinder has worn, to be boring cylinder and increase piston and piston ring repair.
