“以就业为导向的法律事务分方向培养模式”即分类培养模式,定性为短期内有针对性的精专化培养。首先,结合就业群确定出书记官、法务秘书、基层法律服务、律师助理、非专职法律工作五大职业培养目标;然后,在此基础上设置相应的五个小专业方向,并配套相应的专业课程体系。该模式的有效运作离不开全程式就业指导基础上的职业定位和校企合作、工学结合的实践教学体系。
“Employment-oriented legal affairs sub-direction training mode ” that is, the classification training mode, characterized as short-term targeted intensive training. First of all, the five employment targets of registrar, legal secretary, grassroots legal services, paralegals and non-full-time legal work are determined according to employment groups. Then, on the basis of these, five corresponding professional courses are set up system. The effective operation of this model is inseparable from the full range of career guidance based on career positioning and school-enterprise cooperation, combination of practice and teaching system.
