为了评估管道的基本状况和各种缺陷的变化趋势,需要尽早对管道本体进行检测,将检测结果作为管道本体物理条件的基础,并作为今后评估缺陷变化的基准,亦被称为基线。当前提高管道安全性、降低运行成本等需求,使得科学决策对管道缺陷的维修越来越重要,检测取得管道本体状态的基线已成为管道评估管理的重要环节。基线检测一般是指针对管道本体进行的全面检测,包括内检测和外检测。介绍了基线检测的概念及做法,通过工程标准与适用性评价标准的对比和验证,分析了二者之间的差异,提出了基线检测面临的挑战,讨论了几个在工程管理和运行管理两个阶段对各类缺陷的不同认识,最后针对基线检测提出了建议,指出基线检测是管道安全运行的重要保证。
In order to assess the basic status of the pipeline and the trend of various defects, it is necessary to detect the pipeline body as soon as possible and use the test results as the basis for the physical conditions of the pipeline body. It is also referred to as the baseline for future assessment of defect changes. At present, the demand for improving pipeline safety and reducing operating costs has made scientific decision-making more and more important for the maintenance of pipeline defects. Testing and obtaining the baseline of pipeline ontology status has become an important link in pipeline assessment and management. Baseline inspection generally refers to the comprehensive inspection of the pipeline body, including internal inspection and external inspection. This paper introduces the concept and practice of baseline detection. Through the comparison and verification of engineering standards and applicability evaluation criteria, the differences between the two are analyzed. The challenges of baseline detection are put forward. Several problems in project management and operation management are discussed Different stages of the different types of defects, and finally proposed for the baseline detection recommendations, pointed out that the baseline detection is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the pipeline.
