钛合金具有比强度高、耐高温、耐腐蚀、良好的低温韧性以及优异生物相容性等优点,被广泛应用于国防、化工、能源、航空航天和生物工程等领域。但钛合金表面硬度不高,耐磨损性及耐疲劳性差,在很多情况下不能满足实际生产应用的要求,从而限制了它的应用。氮化钛具有高硬度、低摩擦系数、优异的化学稳定性、良好的生物兼容性和导电性等优点,在钛合金表面制备氮化钛改性层是提高其表面硬度,改善其耐磨性,延长其使用寿命,扩大其使用范围的有效措施。介绍了钛合金表面氮化钛改性层的制备技术、研究情况及存在问题,提出了钛合金表面氮化钛改性层制备的发展方向。
Titanium alloy has the advantages of high specific strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good low temperature toughness and excellent biocompatibility. Titanium nitride has the advantages of high hardness, low friction coefficient, excellent chemical stability, good biocompatibility and electrical conductivity, etc. The preparation of a titanium nitride modified layer on a titanium alloy surface is to improve its surface hardness and improve its wear resistance , To extend its useful life, to expand its use of effective measures. The preparation technology, research status and existing problems of titanium nitride modified layer on titanium alloy surface are introduced. The development direction of titanium nitride modified layer on titanium alloy surface is proposed.
