创新是教育发展和人才培养中的核心问题,培养学生的创新能力是教学改革的方向和重点。新教学指导纲要中自主选择课程内容、自主选择任课教师、自主选择上课时间的“三自”体育教学,优化了教学内容,强调教学的个性化,营造了良好的教学氛围,推动了教师创新,从而更好地开展创新教育,培养创新人才。
