目的 探讨血前降钙素 (PCT)在儿童败血症中的应用价值。方法 应用双抗夹心免疫法对 2 6例败血症患儿治疗前后的 PCT进行测定 ,同时对 32例呼吸道感染患儿 PCT进行测定作为对照。结果 败血症组血清PCT阳性率明显高于呼吸道感染组 ,败血症组经抗生素治疗感染控制后 ,PCT降至正常 ,其中有 2例感染无法控制 ,PCT持续阳性。结论 PCT是败血症的重要诊断标准 ,可作为败血症预后判断及治疗监测的指标。
Objective To investigate the value of pre-procalcitonin (PCT) in sepsis in children. Methods The PCT of 26 children with sepsis before and after treatment was measured by double-antibody sandwich immunoassay. Meanwhile, the PCT of 32 children with respiratory tract infection was determined as the control. Results The serum PCT positive rate in sepsis group was significantly higher than that in respiratory tract infection group. In sepsis group, the PCT decreased to normal after the antibiotic treatment. The PCT was uncontrollable in 2 of them and the PCT continued to be positive. Conclusion PCT is an important diagnostic criteria for sepsis, which can be used as an indicator of prognosis and treatment monitoring of sepsis.
