直接斜率法直接将波前传感器的测量量与变形镜的响应特性建立起对应关系,通过算法直接计算出控制电压信号。用64个子孔径的哈特曼波前传感器对畸变波前进行仿真探测,按照变形镜面形为影响函数加权叠加的假设,可以求解出加在各个驱动器上的电压值,进而可以对仿真的32单元变形镜进行控制,校正波前。仿真的结果显示,直接斜率法可以有效校正畸变波前。
The direct slope method directly establishes the correspondence between the measurement of the wavefront sensor and the response characteristics of the deformable mirror, and directly calculates the control voltage signal by the algorithm. The 64-aperture Hartmann wavefront sensor is used to simulate the detection of the distortion wavefront. According to the assumption that the deformable mirror shape affects the weighted sum of the functions, the voltage applied to each actuator can be solved, and then the simulated 32-unit Deformation mirror control, correction wavefront. The simulation results show that the direct slope method can effectively correct the distortion wavefront.
