数学教育要面向全体学生,实现人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必要的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展,最大限度地让不同学业发展水平的学生包括学习困难的学生获得学力发展。提高高中阶段数学学困生学习数学的兴趣和水平,提高他们的基本数学素养,是实施素质教育和新课程改革的需要。在实施新课标的今天,关注每一位学生的学科成长,注重公民“数学意识”的养成已经被越来越多的教师自觉的行为,慢慢浸润到日常教学过程中。
