社会服务机构这两年发展地极为迅猛,他们的员工在给社会带来更多人性化服务的时候,自己也需要得到企业的人性化管理。但是由于社工团队只有几年的经验,在管理方面仍然欠缺了许多能力,加之没有优秀的经验案例可以用来借鉴,因此发展还不成熟。要想更好地管理团队,可以应用DISC人格特质理论。D型(支配型)、I型(活泼型)、S型(稳健型)和C型(完美型)人格各有其人,应当根据团队中不同的性格特点来发挥他们的最大优势,更好地推动团队的管理。
Social service agencies have developed extremely rapidly in these two years.
