评价了银氧化锡系触头材料的物理特性与其加工方式和微观结构的关系。这一类材料有可能取代银氧化镉材料。应用铸造、内氧化工艺和粉末冶金工艺(包括快速凝固、内氧化、烧结和复压等),制备了成份为 Ag-7.6wt.%SnO_2-4.81wt.%In_2O_3的银氧化锡氧化铟合金。给出了密度、硬度和电导率等数据并依据合金微观结构予以说明。
The relationship between the physical properties of silver tin oxide contact materials and their processing methods and microstructures was evaluated. This type of material is likely to replace silver cadmium oxide material. The silver-tin oxide indium alloy with the composition of Ag-7.6wt.% SnO 2 -4.81wt.% In 2 O 3 was prepared by the techniques of casting, internal oxidation and powder metallurgy including rapid solidification, internal oxidation, sintering and repressurization. The data of density, hardness and electrical conductivity are given and described according to the alloy microstructure.
