观察了运动训练对纯合子apoE缺陷鼠脂质代谢的影响,结果表明,游泳12周(2h × 6d/w)后,正常C57B/6J鼠TC、LDL和TG均显著降低,结果分别为TC(68.03±11.89mg/d1,51.42±12.59mg/dl,P<0.05%)、LDL(26.02±5.79mg/dl,14.81±8.65mg/dl,P<0.05)和TG(75.52±12.31mg/dl,39.25±3.73mfg/dl,P<0.01),apoE缺陷鼠TC、LDL和TG则显著升高,结果分别为TC(459.69±144.16mg/dl,765.32±150.35mg/dl,P<0.01、LDL(350.60±102.15mg/dl,688.85±147mg/dl,P<0.01)和TG(72.18±17.45mg/dl,130.64±25.95mg/dl,P<0.01)。运动训练后apoE缺陷鼠血浆TC、TG和LDL水平升高,与 apoE缺陷鼠体内脂质经apoE依赖的受体途径清除障碍有关。提示当apoE基因缺陷时,依靠有氧训练改善血脂状况的效果不佳。
The effects of exercise training on lipid metabolism in homozygous apoE mice were observed.
