美国BE公司生产的斗容为32 m3的395B型单斗挖掘机,驱动部分采用西门子公司的矢量控制变频调速系统。其电源部分由正反两组可控硅全控整流桥并联组成,逆变部分用功率器件IGBT组成PWM脉冲宽度调制逆变器。系统运行时,通过正反两组整流桥触发脉冲交替开通与闭锁来实现电源能量的供给与回馈。395B电动挖掘机在运行过程中,有时会频繁出现IGBT烧毁故障。1故障原因及解决办法1.1 IGBT的缓冲保护电路不正常
