目的调查分析某三甲医院放射诊疗工作场所放射防护现状和放射工作人员个人剂量水平,为改善工作人员防护条件,降低受照剂量提出防护建议。方法查阅某医院2014年度放射诊疗工作场所放射防护检测结果和个人剂量监测结果并进行统计分析。结果该医院2014年度所有放射诊疗工作场所放射防护检测结果均符合国家相关标准要求;放射工作人员个人年有效剂量平均为0.51 mSv,其中介入放射学和核医学较高,分别为1.03 mSv和0.68mSv,放射治疗和X射线影像诊断较低,分别为0.41 mSv和0.50 mSv。结论介入放射学和核医学工作人员应采取加强个人防护和防护设施防护、适当减少工作时间(轮岗和增加操作人员)等方法和措施,有效降低个人受照剂量。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status of radiation protection and radiation dose of radiation workers in a top three hospitals in order to improve the protective conditions of workers and reduce the dose of radiation. Methods The radiation protection test results and individual dose monitoring results of a hospital in the year 2014 were analyzed and statistically analyzed. Results The results of radiological tests of all radiation medical workplaces in the hospital in 2014 met the requirements of relevant national standards. The annual effective dose of radiation workers was 0.51 mSv on average, with high interventional radiology and nuclear medicine of 1.03 mSv and 0.68 mSv respectively , Radiation therapy and X-ray imaging diagnosis is low, respectively, 0.41 mSv and 0.50 mSv. Conclusion Interventional radiology and nuclear medicine staff should take measures such as strengthening personal protection and protective facilities protection, appropriately reducing working hours (rotation and increasing operators), and other measures and measures to effectively reduce the individual dose exposure.
