Objective: To study the correlation between the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in patients with nephropathy and the gender, blood type, age and so on. Methods: The principles and methods of pharmacoepidemiology were used to record and analyze the basic situation, drug use and adverse drug reactions of inpatients. The statistical methods were used to explore the influence of gender, blood type and age on ADRs. Results: The incidence of ADRs was 10-3%, 14-3%, 17% and 32% in patients with type A, B, O and AB respectively. There was a significant difference between AD and A types The incidence of ADRs was significantly higher than that of male patients (19%). The incidence of ADRs in different age groups was significantly different. Patients with alcohol and tobacco preferences were slightly higher than those without such preferences. Conclusion: The gender, blood type, age and other factors all affect the incidence of ADRs in nephrology patients.
