阴道成形术中 ,以腹膜移植阴道成形术后最符合生理状况。但以带蒂的腹膜进行手术 ,需切开盆底腹膜皱襞 ,操作较复杂 ,带蒂腹膜有限 ,常出现腹膜回缩 ,不能完全覆盖创面 ,腹膜向下翻转困难 ,人工阴道顶端薄弱等不足。我科从 1989年 1月开始进行游离腹膜阴道成形术的研究 ,现总结 In vaginoplasty, peritoneal transplantation after vaginoplasty most in line with the physiological conditions.
