我国景颇族主要居住于云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州各县市,少部分散居于临沧市耿马傣族佤族自治县,怒江傈僳族自治州的片马、古浪、岗房地区,普洱市的孟连傣族拉祜族佤族自治县、澜沧拉祜族自治县,西双版纳傣族自治州的勐海县和保山市腾冲县、贵州省凯里市等,台湾地区也有少量景颇族。德宏地区景颇族人口占我国境内景颇族的95%以上。景颇族是云南省16个跨境而居的民族之一,境外景颇族主要居住于缅甸北部克钦邦,
The majority of Jingpo people in our country live in all prefectures and cities of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, and a few are scattered in Gengma Dai and Wa Autonomous County of Lincang, Prancing Horse, Gulang and Gangfang Autonomous Prefecture of Nujiang Autonomous Prefecture. Even the Dai Autonomous County of Lahu and Lahu Autonomous Prefecture, Menghai County of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture and Tengchong County of Baoshan City, Kaili City of Guizhou Province and so on.
