  一、seem常和不定式、形容词、分词、名词和介词短语搭配。
  1. seem+不定式(短语)
  I seemed to hear a voice in the distance. 我好像听到远处有一个声音。
  The young man seemed to have changed much. 这个年轻人看起来变化很大。
  2. seem+形容词
  She seems quite happy today. 她今天看起来似乎很高兴。
  3. seem+分词
  The news seems exciting. 这条新闻似乎很振奋人心。
  4. seem+名词
  She seems a clever girl. 她似乎是一个聪明的女孩。
  5. seem+介词短语
  They seemed in high spirits. 他们似乎情绪很高。
  二、seem常用于it作形式主语的“It seems / seemed that...”结构中。
  It seems that you were lying. 你似乎在说谎。
  It seems to me that Mr. Brown will not come again. 在我看来布朗先生不会再来了。
  三、seem常用于由as if / though引导的从句中。
  It seems as if it is going to rain. 似乎要下雨了。
  四、seem也常用在“there seem(s) to be”句式中。
  There seemed to be something the matter with him. 他似乎有点问题。
  There doesnt seem to be much hope of our beating that team. 看來我们战胜那个队没有多大希望。
  五、seem有时也同人称代词I连用,意为“感到好像,觉得似乎”等意。
  I seem to have seen him somewhere before. 我好像以前在什么地方见过他。
  六、seem还常常同like搭配。
  You seem like you have a nice family. 你看上去有一个美满的家庭。
