电子商务专业学生的就业率在各专业中处于中等偏上水平,这与电子商务行业的日益壮大很不适应。究其原因,主要是由于电子商务专业学生就业核心能力培养工作存在问题。就业核心能力决定学生的就业品位与职业发展前景,我们应抓住人才培养方案的设计、实施与评价三个环节,培养学生的就业核心能力
The employment rate of e-commerce majors is above average in all majors, which is not suitable for the growing e-commerce industry. The reason is mainly due to the e-commerce students employment core competency problems. Employment core competence determines the employment grade and career development prospects of students, we should seize the talent training program design, implementation and evaluation of three links, to develop students’ employment core competencies
