本研究采用高分子凝胶法在聚乙烯醇基体上制备了ZnS微晶。常温下 ,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪及荧光分光光度计对样品进行了表征。结果表明 ,PVA膜中的微晶分布均匀 ,粒径大小为 0 .2~ 1μm。微晶具有明显的立方相结构 ,衍射峰有宽化现象。发现PL光谱的激发峰与发射峰都为双峰结构 ,发射最高峰在 4 4 0nm处 ,半高宽为 5 0nm左右。在紫外灯照射下 ,肉眼观看该薄膜样品 ,发出耀眼的蓝光。探讨了微晶在聚乙烯醇稳定剂中的形成机理 ,聚乙烯醇在体系中起着包覆、稳定及表面修饰作用
In this study, ZnS crystallites were prepared on polyvinyl alcohol by polymer gel method. At room temperature, the samples were characterized by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results show that the PVA film in the uniform distribution of crystallites, particle size of 0.2 ~ 1μm. Microcrystal has obvious cubic phase structure, the diffraction peak is widened phenomenon. It was found that both the excitation peak and the emission peak of the PL spectrum are bimodal structures, with the emission peak at 4 4 0 nm and the full width at half maximum of about 50 nm. Under ultraviolet light irradiation, the film sample was visually observed, giving a bright blue light. The formation mechanism of microcrystal in polyvinyl alcohol stabilizer was discussed. Polyvinyl alcohol plays a role of coating, stabilization and surface modification in the system
