通过试验高压囊带注浆封孔技术,在确定注浆液体配方基础上,较好的解决了传统的聚氨酯封孔由于封孔质量差,抽采效果不理想的问题。结果表明,高压囊袋注浆封孔法使得钻孔周围的裂隙得到很好的充填,消除开孔时的漏气通道,又能使得钻孔得到可靠支护,保证钻孔的稳定,使得周围不产生新的漏气通道。试验钻孔抽放90 d之后,平均抽放浓度仍然达到了33%,效果十分明显。
Based on the experiment of grouting and sealing technology of high pressure bag with grouting liquid, the problem of traditional pumping effect of polyurethane sealing due to poor quality of sealing hole and unsatisfactory pumping effect was solved on the basis of confirming grouting liquid formula. The results show that the high-pressure bagging grouting and sealing method makes the fissures around the borehole well filled, eliminating the leakage passage when drilling, and enabling the borehole to be reliably supported to ensure the stability of the borehole so that the surrounding No new leaks are created. After 90 days of pilot drilling drainage, the average drainage concentration still reached 33%, the effect is very obvious.
