细胞穿透肽(cell penetrating peptides,CPPs)[1]是一种能有效穿透细胞脂质层膜的短肽,由于它的这一特性,可作为载体在体内外运载不同的生物活性物质。1994年,文献[1]首次提到CPPs用作载体转运各种物质,从微小物质到整个质粒。CPPs能单独或运载“货物”有效穿透细胞质膜或核膜。CPPs可以运载 Cell penetrating peptides (CPPs) [1], a short peptide that penetrates the lipid membrane of cells effectively, can be used as carriers to carry different bioactive substances in vitro and in vivo.
