采用底注式浇注系统模拟反重力铸造条件,通过实浇测温法,研究了不同浇注系统浇注时薄壁平板铸件的凝固规律。发现内浇口的形状和尺寸对铸件凝固过程中的温度分布及铸件品质影响很大。实验结果可为正确制定反重力铸造薄壁件的工艺规范提供参考,也可作为计算机数值模拟反重力铸造薄壁件凝固过程的验证依据。
The bottom pouring system is used to simulate the anti-gravity casting conditions. The solidification rules of thin-walled flat castings during pouring with different pouring systems are studied. Found that the shape and size of the gate within the casting solidification process temperature distribution and casting quality great influence. The experimental results can provide a reference for the correct preparation of anti-gravity casting thin-walled parts of the process specifications, but also can be used as a numerical simulation of anti-gravity casting thin-walled parts solidification process verification.
