本研究采用钛合金密封式高压釜,在温度为600℃,压力为888 atm下合成具有八面体晶形的硫镍矿单晶。实验证明,用淬火的方法保留硫镍矿高温相(β)结构是不可能的。 低温相(α)硫镍矿属三方菱面体类,空间群为R32。在536℃时低温相硫镍矿转变为高温相(β),并在805±2℃时熔化。β-硫镍矿(Ni_(3±x)S_2)属等轴晶系,立方面心格子(F),晶胞参数α=5.208A,可能的点群有m3,432,m3m。
In this study, a titanium alloy sealed autoclave was used to synthesize single-crystal sulfur-nickel ores with octahedral crystal at a temperature of 600 ° C and a pressure of 888 atm. Experiments show that it is impossible to keep the high-temperature phase (β) structure of the nickel-sulfur deposit by quenching. Low-temperature phase (α) Sliverite is a rhombohedral, space group R32. At 536 ℃, the low-temperature phase nickel-nickel ore turns into a high-temperature phase (β) and melts at 805 ± 2 ℃. β-thulium nickel ore (Ni 3 ± x S 2) belong to the equiaxed crystal system, cubic centrostachia (F), the unit cell parameter α = 5.208A, the possible point group has m3, 432, m3m.
