试样分解后,以钼为载体,用安息香肟自基体金属中沉淀分离微量钨。继用氯仿萃取钼与黄原酸盐的络合物,使与钨分离。应用邻苯二酚紫-CTAB胶束增溶光度法测定钨。在1克基体中分离10~70微克(0.001~0.007%)钨的回收率为94~103%;在5克基体中分离20微克(0.0004%)钨的回收率为95%。方法适用于钢铁或其他物料中>1×10~(-4)%钨的测定。测定的准确度及下限优于文献中已发表的方法。
After the sample was decomposed, a trace of tungsten was precipitated from the matrix metal by using molybdenum as a carrier and benzoin oxime. Following the extraction of the complex of molybdenum and xanthates with chloroform, the tungsten was separated. Determination of Tungsten by Catechol violet - CTAB Micellar Solubilization Spectrophotometry. The recovery of 10 to 70 micrograms (0.001 to 0.007%) of tungsten in 1 gram of matrix was 94 to 103%; the recovery of 20 micrograms (0.0004%) tungsten in 5 grams of matrix was 95%. The method is suitable for the determination of tungsten> 1 × 10 -4% in steel or other materials. The accuracy and lower limit of the determination are better than those published in the literature.
