本文采用纤溶酶特异的发色底物分解产色法对注射不同剂量抗栓酶3号(Svate-3)的家兔血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)及其抑制物(PAI)的活性作了检测。结果发现给药后tPA活性增高.PAI活性降低.并与给药剂量及速度有关.血纤平板纤溶面积与tPA活性呈显著正相关(r=0.861;P<0.01),与PAI活性呈负相关(r=-0.769;P<0.01)因此认为Svate—3的溶纤作用可能与血管内皮tPA释放增加及PA I活性降低有关.
In this paper, fibrinolytic enzyme-specific chromogenic substrate decomposition chromogenic assay was used to determine the plasma level of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) and its inhibitor (PAI) in rabbits injected with different dose of Svate-3 ) Activity was tested. The results showed that the activity of tPA increased, the activity of PAI decreased, and the dose and the speed of administration.The fibrinolytic area of fibrin plate was positively correlated with tPA activity (r = 0.861; P <0.01), and PAI activity was negative (R = -0.769; P <0.01) Therefore, Svate-3’s fibrinolytic activity may be related to the increase of endothelial tPA release and PA I activity.
