3.1 引言人类的子宫颈是一个厚壁园简形结构,向宫颈口逐渐变细呈园锥形。宫颈粘膜为一错综的隐窝系统,聚合起来造成一种似为腺体的错觉。这些隐窝是由宫颈粘膜柱状上皮形成的袋状结构,其走向可为斜行、横行或纵行;虽然可以分枝或向下延伸,但绝不相互交叉。宫颈隐窝的结构随年龄,疾病和月经周期而变化。宫颈上皮由不同类型的分泌细胞构成。宫颈不同部位分泌粒的性质和丰度各异。这些细胞的分泌物构成宫颈粘液。粘液分泌的速度随分泌活动和分泌细胞对循环激素的应答而不同。
3.1 Introduction The human cervix is a thick walled garden with a concise structure that tapers toward the cervix. Cervical mucosa is a complex system of crypts that together create an illusion of glandularity. These crypts are pockets formed by the columnar epithelium of the cervical mucosa and can be oriented obliquely, transversely or longitudinally; they do not intersect each other, although they may branch or extend downward. Cervical crypt structure changes with age, disease and menstrual cycle. Cervical epithelium consists of different types of secretory cells. Cervical secretions of different parts of the nature and abundance of different particles. The secretions of these cells form cervical mucus. The rate of mucus secretion varies depending on the secretory activity and the response of secreting cells to circulating hormones.
