本文报告我院1957年10月到1982年2月311例住院的糖尿病病人的并发症,比较了两型糖尿病各种并发症的发病情况。胰岛素依赖型糖尿病酮症酸中毒发生率高于非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病,心血管并发症发生率则恰巧相反。其余各种并发症的发生率无明显差异。
This article reports the hospital in our hospital from October 1957 to February 1982 311 cases of diabetic patients with complications and compared the incidence of various complications of type 2 diabetes. The incidence of insulin-dependent diabetic ketoacidosis is higher than that of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, and the incidence of cardiovascular complications is exactly the opposite. The remaining incidence of complications no significant difference.
