企业维权与自律是市场经济下企业必须坚持的风险管理控制,是企业重要的管理职能。企业维权是利用法律手段维护企业的自身利益和股东利益,是企业建立的外部风险防线;企业自律是企业依法经营,自觉遵守商业道德,规范企业自身行为,维护企业信誉,促进企业健康持续发展,是企业建立的内部商业道德底线。企业维权与自律表现为管理思维、管理机制、政策法规、社会责任、企业管理、合同管理、知识产权、商标申报保护、商业道德规范,反腐倡廉等诸多方面。认真思考如何发挥企业维权与自律管理职能,促进企业在市场经济中健康持续发展,是企业走向国际化发展的必修课。
