本文报道用磺胺吡啶为内标,测定磺胺醋酰(Ⅰ)、磺胺苯酰(Ⅱ)和磺胺噻唑(Ⅲ)三磺霜剂含量的HPLC法,方法快速、精确、经济、重现性好。实验采用μBon-dapak 苯基柱和紫外检测器于280nm 处检测。方法的响应性和线性符合USP 美国药典第20版要求(r=0.998)。测得的平均回收率(Ⅰ)为100.37%±1.03,(Ⅱ)为103.23%±1.29,(Ⅲ)为101%±3.52。10份样品平均回收率为100.6%±2.44(Ⅰ)、104.6%±3.18(Ⅱ)、103.8%±3.94(Ⅲ)。流动相用甲醇和0.01M 磷酸氢铵缓冲液(3∶7),pH=7.2。内标液浓度为10mg/ml 的磺胺吡啶美国药典标准品的丙酮液。
In this paper, the HPLC method for the determination of triamcinolone sulfadiazine (Ⅰ), sulfamethoxazole (Ⅱ) and sulfathiazole (Ⅲ) with sulfapyridine is reported. The method is rapid, accurate, economical and reproducible. Experiments were performed using a μBon-dapak phenyl column and UV detector at 280 nm. The responsivity and linearity of the method met the USP U.S. Pharmacopeia Version 20 requirements (r = 0.998). The average recovery was 100.37% ± 1.03, (Ⅱ) 103.23% ± 1.29 and (Ⅲ) 101% ± 3.52. The average recoveries of 10 samples were 100.6% ± 2.44 (Ⅰ) and 104.6% ± 3.18 (Ⅱ), 103.8% ± 3.94 (Ⅲ). The mobile phase was washed with methanol and 0.01M ammonium phosphate buffer (3: 7), pH = 7.2. Internal standard solution concentration of 10 mg / ml of sulfapyridine United States Pharmacopoeia acetone standard solution.
