本文介绍了在钢管水压试验机液压系统中采用电液比例控制技术成功地取代传统的机械杠杆式同步控制装置,实现钢管试压过程中的水压与油压的压力同步控制。控制精度、灵敏度大大提高,有效提高钢管水压试验机的性能。
This paper introduced the electrohydraulic proportional control technology to replace the traditional mechanical lever synchronous control device in hydraulic system of hydraulic pressure testing machine to realize the synchronous control of hydraulic pressure and hydraulic pressure during the pressure test of steel pipe. Control accuracy, greatly increased the sensitivity, effectively improve the performance of steel pipe hydraulic pressure testing machine.
