工作家庭间的积极作用日益引起重视,但西方研究居多。它在中国情境下的本土化推进日益成为一个关键性工作,这是本土化研究实现与西方研究平等“对话”的基础。在推进工作家庭促进本土化研究的进程中,其文化适切性的系统思考显得急为迫切。基于个人主义/集体主义、人本导向、具体性/扩散性、普遍主义/特殊主义等文化维度,本文进行了中国情境下工作家庭促进的一系列跨文化对比分析,透视了跨文化研究的地域性差异。同时,研究从本土情境下的工作家庭促进内涵和特征、有效性、作用机制及实施效果切入,呈现了未来研究的价值取向。
The active role of working families has drawn increasing attention, but most of the western studies. Its localization promotion in the context of China is increasingly becoming a crucial task, which is the basis for the localization studies to achieve “dialogue” with western studies. In promoting the working families to promote the localization of the research process, the systematic consideration of its cultural urgency is urgent. Based on the cultural dimensions of individualism / collectivism, humanism orientation, concreteness / diffusibility, universalism / specialism, this article conducts a series of cross-cultural comparative analyzes of working families in China, and looks into the area of intercultural research Sex differences. At the same time, the research studies the connotation, characteristics, effectiveness, mechanism and implementation effect of working family promotion from the local context, and presents the value orientation of future research.
