本文系统研究了硅(0~2.5%Si)对基体高速钢60W3Mo2Cr4V、低合金高速钢W3Mo2Cr4V和通用高速钢W9Mo3Cr4V机械性能和回火特性的影响。结果和分析表明,在三类高速钢中加硅能不同程度地改善抗弯性能;硅能显著提高60W3Mo2Cr4V和W3Mo2Cr4V两种钢的回火硬度,但并不增加W9Mo3Cr4V钢的回火硬度;硅对所有高速钢的抗回火稳定性无益,但并不损害低合金高速钢在600℃以下的红硬性。文章引入2-9-4-2Si-、6-5-4-2Si、Co5Si等含硅高速钢进行了比较,讨论了硅在各类高速钢中的适用范围和使用原则。
The effects of silicon (0-2.5% Si) on mechanical properties and tempering properties of 60W3Mo2Cr4V high-speed steel, low-alloy high-speed steel W3Mo2Cr4V and high-speed steel W9Mo3Cr4V were systematically studied. Results and analysis show that adding silicon to three types of high-speed steel can improve the bending resistance to varying degrees; silicon can significantly improve the tempering hardness of both 60W3Mo2Cr4V and W3Mo2Cr4V steel, but does not increase the tempering hardness of W9Mo3Cr4V steel; All high-speed steel anti-tempering stability is not beneficial, but does not undermine the low-alloy high-speed steel below 600 ℃ red hardness. In this paper, the introduction of 2-9-4-2Si-, 6-5-4-2Si, Co5Si and other silicon-containing high-speed steel were compared, the application of silicon in various high-speed steel and the application of the principles discussed.
