文章研究了王水消解后,AFS-8120型双道原子荧光光度计在同一体系中测定土壤中砷(As)、锑(Sb)、汞(Hg)和铋(Bi)的分析方法,重点试验了酒石酸抑制锑水解的浓度以及对As、Hg、Bi的影响。结果表明,当酒石酸的浓度达3%(质量体积分数)时既能有效抑制锑水解,又不影响As、Hg、Bi的测定结果。经国家一级标准样品验证,结果与推荐值相吻合,可满足实际测试工作的要求。
In this paper, the analytical method for the determination of arsenic (As), antimony (Sb), mercury (Hg) and bismuth (Bi) in soil by AFS-8120 dual channel atomic fluorescence photometer after digestion by aqua regia has been studied. The effect of tartaric acid on inhibiting the hydrolysis of antimony and its effect on As, Hg and Bi was also discussed. The results show that when the concentration of tartaric acid is up to 3% (mass volume fraction), the hydrolysis of antimony can be effectively inhibited without affecting the determination results of As, Hg and Bi. The national standard sample validation, the results are consistent with the recommended values to meet the actual test requirements.
