高职广告设计人才培养院校随着在校人数的不断扩增,教学质量备受关注,培养的学生无法达到高素质、综合型人才的要求,所以将“工匠精神”渗透到高职教育理念中非常的必要,从而培养学生坚韧、热爱探索学习的品质。本文就重点研究工匠精神在高职院校人才培养中发挥的作用,运用科学有效的教育方式,引导学生思维的发散性,使学生在工匠文化的熏陶下,树立端正的学习态度和学习品质,培养学生在设计环节对每件小事上都严谨刻苦,在培养高素质、高技能的广告设计人才。
