随着我国经济的不断发展和管理体系改革的不断深入,财务预算管理已经逐步成为企业财务管理工作的基础和核心,企业加大对预算的管理力度已经势在必行。财务管理不仅决定着企业的发展方向和战略目标,还对企业的优化配置以及绩效有着至关重要的作用,最重要的是,加强对企业内部财务管理,可以促使员工提高工作的积极性,并且在企业发展过程中可以有效开展相关活动,是提升企业质量和经济效益的重要渠道。本文主要以财务预算内容为着手点,根据自身经验并查阅相关文献,挖掘出财务预算管理在企业财务控制中存在的问题,进而针对其问题给予相应的解决措施,以期为企业管理者提供有利借鉴和参考。
With the constant development of our economy and the deepening of the reform of the management system, the financial budget management has gradually become the foundation and core of the financial management of enterprises. In this paper, the main content of the financial budget as a starting point, based on their own experience and access to relevant literature, mining out of the financial budget management in the enterprise financial control problems, and then give their solutions to the corresponding measures to provide business managers with a favorable reference And reference.
