目的 研究肝癌组织中细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM- 1)的表达与肝癌侵袭转移的关系。方法 应用流式细胞仪检测技术检测了 2 7例人肝癌组织中 型细胞间粘附分子 - 1的表达 ,并与正常肝细胞中细胞间粘附分子 - 1的表达比较 ,进一步探讨肝癌细胞产生的 型细胞间粘附分子在肝细胞癌侵袭和转移过程中的作用。结果 2 7例肝癌组织中有 2 4例 ICAM- 1表达明显增强 ,其含量明显高于正常组织 (P<0 .0 1) ,与肿瘤大小、包膜的完整成正相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,有转移组肝癌组织中 ICAM- 1的表达明显高于无转移组。结论 ICAM- 1与肝癌的侵袭和转移有关 ,有可能作为预测肝癌转移、复发及预后的指标。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in hepatocellular carcinoma and the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of mesangial intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in 27 cases of human hepatocellular carcinoma, and compared with the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in normal hepatocytes to further investigate the production of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The Role of Intercellular Adhesion Molecule in Invasion and Metastasis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Results The expression of ICAM-1 was significantly increased in 24 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. The content of ICAM-1 was significantly higher than that of normal tissues (P<0.01) and positively correlated with tumor size and capsule integrity (P<0. 0 1) The expression of ICAM-1 in hepatocellular carcinoma with metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis. Conclusion ICAM-1 is related to the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma and may be used as an index to predict the metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
