粘性泥沙与散粒体泥沙一样存在推移质与悬移质两种不同的运动状态,且在2种状态间存在相互转化.粘性泥沙的状态转移规律较散粒体泥沙更为复杂,为研究粘性泥沙的状态转移规律,设计制造了一套封闭矩形管道系统进行试验.试验现象表明,粘性泥沙的起动往往是以成团的方式进行;试验结果说明,在统计规律上,粘性泥沙成团起动后进入悬浮的比例等于起悬概率.并与散粒体泥沙的理论转移概率进行比较分析,结果指出,粘性泥沙成团运动服从于一般泥沙的状态转移规律.
