初中学生正处在各方面飞速发展的时期,他们渴望得到别人的关注和表扬。但在当前初中历史教学中,教师普遍缺失对学生进行激励性评价的热情.激励性评价是初中历史教学过程中一种强大的推进器,可以帮助学生树立信心,激发潜能,培养兴趣。作为初中历史教师,还必须把激励性评价的理论与具体的课堂教学相结合,以促使学生更全面、更健康的发展。我们可以采取以下策略。
