通过试验与分析,探讨了换向绕弯方法及工艺参数对曲率弹复ΔR的影响.得到了不同相对弯曲半径R/H下,换向绕弯的绕弯次数及换向绕弯时侧压时曲率弹复ΔR的影响规律以及换向绕弯最佳绕弯次数.不仅对帽形型材的绕弯工艺及模具设计具有使用价值及指导意义,同时为型材绕弯工艺的精度控制,提供了有效的方法及途径.
Through the experiment and analysis, the influence of the method of winding direction change and the process parameters on the curvature recovery ΔR is discussed. The influences of different relative bending radius R / H, the number of turns around commutation and the ΔR when lateral pressure is changed, and the optimal number of turns around commutation were obtained. It not only has the use value and guiding significance to the bending process and mold design of the hat section profile, but also provides the effective method and the way for the precision control of the section winding process.
