杨正富,男,1940年9月生于四川省广安县,中共党员,高级工程师。1963年毕业于四川成都工学院(现四川大学)水利系陆地水文专业。历任大王庙水文站站长、钱店水文站站长、周口水文分站副站长,1983年以后任河南省水文水资源局副局长兼总工程师。为中国水系污染及水资源保护学会会员、理事,省水利学会水环境工作委员会副主任委员。1996年被命名为省水利优秀专家。1983年以来,他先后主持并参加水文科研项目20项,本人获市以上科技成果奖励5项,其中获省科技进步奖励2项,市
Yang Zhengfu, male, born in September 1940 in Guang’an County, Sichuan Province, member of CPC, senior engineer. In 1963 graduated from Sichuan Chengdu Institute of Technology (now Sichuan University) Department of water conservancy land hydrology. He has served as the headmaster of the Wangwangmiao Hydrological Station, the head of the Qiandian Hydrological Station, and the deputy station chief of the Zhoukou Hydrological Substation. Since 1983, he has been the deputy director and chief engineer of the Hydrology and Water Resources Bureau of Henan Province. China Water Pollution and Water Resources Protection Society member, director, Provincial Water Conservancy Society Water Environment Working Committee vice chairman. In 1996 was named outstanding experts in water conservancy. Since 1983, he has presided over and participated in 20 hydrological research projects, and he has won 5 scientific and technological achievements awards above the city level, of which 2 won provincial science and technology awards,
