从事英语教学工作十多年来,笔者发现历年来初二学生英语学习的分化现象很严重,而初二成绩的好差直接影响学生的中考成绩,同时也阻碍了初中英语教学质量的提高。因此,如何防止分化,大面积提高教学质量,使学生在初中阶段获得较好的成绩,是我们英语教师值得研究讨论并着手解决的问题。1.活跃课堂气氛,激起学困生的兴趣。学习困难的学生上课时注意力往往不够集中,笔者将教材化难为易,化多为少,精讲多练,尽量用短暂的时间达到最佳的效果,
