制造企业在重组和资源整合上受到外界和内部因素的影响,面临着我国内部生产成本提高、劳动力成本和原材料价格普遍上涨的状况。在国内外市场上,由于新兴发展中国家的兴起,同类基础制造业竞争加剧,产品内容同质化严重。在市场需求上,国内需求与当前的供给内容并不完全匹配,还需要倾向于专业化和质量保障,以建立重组和资源整合后的品牌优势。
Manufacturing enterprises are subject to external and internal factors in restructuring and resource integration and are facing the situation of rising internal labor costs, labor costs and raw material prices in our country. In both domestic and overseas markets, due to the rise of emerging developing countries, the competition in basic manufacturing industries of the same kind has intensified, and the content of products has become more and more serious. In the market demand, the domestic demand and the current supply content does not exactly match, but also need to tend to specialization and quality assurance in order to establish the reorganization and integration of resources after the brand.
