目前煤炭企业工资制度形式多种多样,工资分配改革走在前列的已经在岗位工资上做了一些有益的探索,也有的仍然实行原煤炭部制定的岗位技能工资制度,虽然也做了相应的改革,但基本的框架变化不大,正如我所在企业执行的就是岗位技能工资制,运行多年矛盾也比较突出,所以目前正着手搞工资制度方面的改革,现在我在这里就这一问题做一些基础性的探索。
