研究了各种加速试验条件和实际自然环境下混凝土中钢筋锈蚀量的分布规律.结果表明:氯盐外侵试件在锈胀开裂前锈蚀量分布在面向保护层一侧,呈半椭圆形分布.锈胀开裂后向内部发展,在背向保护层一侧的锈蚀量近似为均匀分布.在面向保护层一侧锈蚀程度相当的情况下,内掺氯盐试件背向保护层一侧的锈蚀量大于氯盐外侵试件.人工气候环境下钢筋锈蚀层的分布特征与自然环境下的相同,是一种比较理想的加速试验方法.外通直流电法的锈蚀比较均匀地分布在整个钢筋表面,与实际自然情况不符.
The distribution rule of corrosion amount of steel in concrete under various accelerated test conditions and in the actual natural environment was studied. The results showed that the amount of rust before the corrosion cracking of chloride test pieces was distributed on the side facing the protective layer and was semi-elliptic. After the rust expansion and cracking develops to the interior, the amount of rust on the side facing away from the protective layer is approximately evenly distributed. In the case where the rust level on the side facing the protective layer is equivalent, the chlorine-doped salt sample is turned away from the side of the protective layer. The amount of rust is greater than that of chloride intrusion test pieces. The distribution characteristics of corrosion layer of steel bar under artificial climate is the same as that under natural environment. It is an ideal accelerated test method. The rust of the external direct current method is evenly distributed throughout the entire steel bar. The surface is inconsistent with the actual natural conditions.
