含镍介孔分子筛MCM-41是一种潜在的、性能优良的储氢材料。采用水热合成法制备得到MCM-41,然后,在机械搅拌和超生波2种混合模式下,采用化学镀的方法将金属Ni负载在MCM-41表面,以制备Ni-MCM-41。所制的样品,通过X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和氮吸附脱附测试等分析方法进行表征。结果表明:化学镀法在MCM-41表面负载镍是可行的,且对其结构有较好的改性作用。超生波更有利于化学镀镍,其最佳温度为80℃。这表明,化学镀法也是一个较好的制备金属-非金属复合介孔材料的方法。
Nickel-containing mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 is a potential, excellent performance hydrogen storage material. MCM-41 was prepared by hydrothermal method. Then, Ni was loaded on the surface of MCM-41 by chemical plating to prepare Ni-MCM-41 under the mixing mode of mechanical stirring and ultrasonic wave. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometry, transmission electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis. The results show that electroless plating on the surface of MCM-41 is feasible and its structure has a good modification effect. Ultrasonography is more conducive to electroless nickel plating, the best temperature is 80 ℃. This shows that the electroless plating method is also a better method for preparing metal - nonmetal composite mesoporous materials.
