实验对比研究了白炭黑和有机膨润土对PP基木塑复合材料力学性能的影响;研究了白炭黑用量对PP基木塑复合材料力学性能、加工性能和耐水性的影响;用扫描电镜(SEM)观测分析了复合材料冲击断面。研究结果表明:白炭黑的改性效果比有机膨润土要好;当白炭黑用量在20份时复合材料的综合性能最佳,拉伸强度和冲击强度较未加时分别提高了65.5%和44.9%,而此时复合材料的加工性能和耐水性虽有所降低,但降低很小;SEM电镜照片观察到白炭黑用量加至20份,复合材料表现为韧性断裂,白炭黑起了增强增韧的作用。
The effects of white carbon black and organic bentonite on the mechanical properties of PP-based wood-plastic composites were investigated experimentally. The effects of the amount of silica on the mechanical properties, processing properties and water-resistance of PP-based wood-plastic composites were studied. SEM) observation and analysis of composite impact cross section. The results show that the modification effect of silica is better than that of organobentonite. When the amount of silica is 20, the composite properties are the best, the tensile strength and impact strength are increased by 65.5% and 44.9% respectively %, But at this time the processing performance and water resistance of the composites decreased slightly, but the decrease was small. The SEM micrographs showed that the amount of silica added to 20 parts, the composites showed ductile fracture and silica enhanced Toughening effect.
