Previous studies have shown that certain amino acids are involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and can affect the release of prolactin (PRL). This article aims to investigate whether oral administration of amino acids increases plasma BRL levels in order to create a simpler and safer method for determining hypothalamic function and drug interactions. The study selected seven normal people (4 males and 3 females) with an average age of 32 ± 6 years. A mixture of amino acids (L-
