南京长江第四大桥北塔基础采用高桩承台结构,桩基直径大、深度深,且穿过近50m的砂质泥岩层,钻进和成孔难度大,哑铃形钢吊箱围堰的制造安装复杂。针对工程施工难点,介绍了南京长江第四大桥北塔施工平台搭设、大直径砂质泥岩带浆钻进、哑铃形大平面尺寸钢吊箱围堰的加工制造等关键施工技术,并对钢吊箱围堰的整体吊装下放、精确定位及封底施工进行了研究。实践结果表明,北塔基础工程质量符合国家规范和设计要求。
