建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定原油及自然风化后原油中的V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Zn、Mo、Ba等11种微量金属元素的方法。结果表明,11种微量金属元素的检出限为0.0056~0.8729μg/g,线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9995;相对标准偏差(RSD)<5.0%。经过30d风化,原油微量金属元素的含量发生较大变化,其中Ni、V元素含量相对稳定,抗风化能力较强,且Ni/V比值基本保持不变。
A method for simultaneous determination of eleven trace elements such as V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Zn, Mo and Ba in crude oil and natural weathering crude oil by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established. The results showed that the detection limits of 11 trace metals were 0.0056-0.88729 μg / g with a good linearity, the correlation coefficient was r ≥ 0.995 and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5.0%. After 30 days of weathering, the contents of trace metal elements in crude oil changed greatly. Among them, the content of Ni and V was relatively stable, the ability of weathering was strong, and the Ni / V ratio basically remained unchanged.
